Who we are

Learn To DJ is run by Fulfilment First Ltd ("we"). We are the data controller for the information you send us. Contact: admin@learn-to-dj.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone number, town and postcode, who the lessons are for, the learner's age, what you'd like to learn and anything you add in the message box. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, call you about lessons, match you with a tutor and arrange and run lessons. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We may send up to three follow-up emails about your enquiry; reply "stop" at any time and we won't email again.

Who we share it with

The tutor who will teach you, so they can arrange lessons, and the service providers we use to run our systems (email, hosting and payments). We never sell your details.

Children

If the learner is under 18 we speak to a parent or guardian, not the young person directly.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 24 months. Learner records are kept for as long as lessons continue and for up to 6 years afterwards for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing admin@learn-to-dj.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
